A student of real estate finance and private equity at the Columbia Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation, Eugene Golubchik is on schedule to earn his master of science by the end of 2018. Before matriculating at Columbia, he oversaw a number of large real estate acquisitions as a senior investment analyst for Beekman Real Estate Investment Management in New York City. Eugene Golubchik’s accomplishments with Beekman include spearheading all development and financial aspects of a $35-millon luxury condo conversion in the Manhattan neighborhood of NoMad and securing $150-million in permanent loan refinancing on a $200-million rental property in the San Francisco neighborhood of Murray Hill.
Other highlights of Eugene Golubchik’s career include tenures as an acquisitions and development associate with the New York offices of Multi Capital and a real estate development financial analyst with New York city's Pink Stone Capital Group. He began his real estate career by earning a bachelor of business administration from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey, and serving as an intern with Heritage Real Estate Partners in New York City.
