After graduating with an MBA in the top 10 percent of his class from Baruch College - The City University of New York, Ezri Shechter accepted a position with the diverse holding company Centrade. Later, as the branch manager and owner of Centrade offices in Jersey City, New Jersey, he boosted revenue by 85 percent and reduced overall costs by 18 percent in a single year. Ezri Shechter worked with Centrade from 2004 to 2020.

While leading Centrade operations, Mr. Shechter returned to Baruch College as an instructor to create and present subject matter with a focus on practical, professional experience. He continues to build upon 13 years of work at Baruch.

Since establishing Norkez Properties in 2014, Ezri Shechter has concurrently led this Jersey City-based commercial real estate developer to annual realized gains of more than 45 percent. After leaving Centrade in January 2020, he became a registered investment advisor with Jersey City’s CM Capital Partners and has managed investment portfolios for approximately 80 high-net-worth clients.
