ABOUT OF ME

I'm a enthusiastic professional in hospitality industry and very fortunate to love what I do. My working experience came from different hospitality sectors and countries. I worked for 15 years in my native country.
I am truly motivated and passionate about this work environment and I am now an expert on products and services to food & beverage, skilled also luxury catering service.
From a trading family with a long history, I adore sharing my passion for quality in its most minute details

CURRENT WORK

For the time being I am working for one of the Eataly’s Food and Beverage outlets. This is a temple of italian gastronomy in new beautiful building in downtown Paris, franchise in France for Company Gallery La Fayette. The outlets include two full service restaurants, an upscale lobby bar for aperitifs, another gourmet restaurant with a wine cellar, supermarket, cafeteria.
I have strong skills that lead to great improvements in terms of revenue and to promote products from brand. I am pride on my efficiency, my attention to detail, my willingness to work hard and be productive. My positive attitude is to providing passion in every sale processes with a focus on maximizing the best results! My goals are to provide my guests with an amazing quality experience on service, and drive to revenue goals for the company.

SKILLS & PROJECTS

Highly career focused, I've a flexible flair for adapting and living in multicultural environment. With a natural attitude, I have the possibility to use the skills thus acquired by organizing guest experience beyond expectations.
My main aim is to become a lead manager on the hospitality industry and Food & Beverage, I want to create at term my own business beyond 2025.
