Serving as an in-house counsel with Johnson and Johnson, Franciscus Ladejola Diaba is responsible for commercial transactions covering IT and software technology, in addition to intellectual property matters. In addition, Franciscus Diaba draws on years of experience with several other firms where he has focused on technology-related issues.

Mr. Diaba has also provided counsel to key stakeholders in a range of areas, such as cloud services and digital technologies. His responsibilities have included negotiating commercial agreements with third parties, including licensing and data processing agreements.

Franciscus Ladejola Diaba also has a background in engineering. He holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and served as a project and manufacturing engineer at General Motors. He earned his juris doctor from the University of New Hampshire’s Franklin Pierce School of Law. While pursuing this degree, he served as president of the Black Law Students Association.
