Francis Falkenstein is a criminal defense and real estate attorney based in Haddon Township, NJ. Francis is passionate about helping people with drug addiction rehabilitate through the legal system in effective ways. His goal is to help as many people as possible to overcome their addictions and avoid sentences that will not help the underlying concerns. Francis has built his practice off of the idea that people deserve a second chance through rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Francis Falkenstein has a passion for soccer. Throughout high school, Francis played soccer religiously. During his time at Drexel University, he instead opted to play tennis. However, Francis has rekindled his love for soccer as a working adult and uses it to stay in shape.
