Serving the needs of Winnipeg, Canada, patients, Dr. Gary Harding has provided knowledgeable inpatient and outpatient care to those living with cancer. Among the areas in which Dr. Gary Harding has extensive experience are lung and colon cancer, as well as immunotherapy research. He has a longstanding interest in the microbiome and how it impacts wellness and the formation of cancers.
Dr. Harding’s experience includes work as a bioethicist and medical oncologist with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and CancerCare Manitoba, He held past responsibilities with the Max Rady College of Medicine at the University of Manitoba as professor and associate dean.
Dr. Gay Harding undertook fellowships in internal medicine and medical oncology as part of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada. Recently, he pursued an MSc in health policy, economics, and management at the London School of Economics and Political Science and authored a thesis on the topic “The Use of Immune Check Point Inhibitors in Melanoma: A Cost-effective Analysis.”
