Based in Niceville, Florida, Gary R. Gibbs has led Cambridge Associated Real Estate, LLC, since 1974 and developed several thousand multi-family property housing units. His work spans affordable housing and luxury apartments, and he has guided senior housing properties to completion. Gary R. Gibbs has also facilitated a variety of developments designed for commercial use.

Launching his first business at age 21, Mr. Gibbs had completed more than $30 million in projects within the first decade of the company, and consistently expanded operations over the subsequent decades.

Among his areas of extensive knowledge are loan to lender initiatives and tax-exempt financing strategies. He also has overseen projects that relied on conventional financing and utilized tax-structured funding strategies.

Passionate about the outdoors, Mr. Gibbs enjoys activities such as fishing, golf, and dog training in his free time. A longtime member of the Latin American Development Council, Gary R. Gibbs supports the nonprofit Kill 22, which is involved with veterans’ suicide prevention efforts.
