The recipient of a bachelor's degree in business economics and a juris doctor from Pace University and the University of Miami, respectively, attorney Gennady Litvin, Esq. began his career in 2002 as a junior analyst at Pensions & Forecasting, where he prepared tax returns and valuation reports, among other responsibilities. He later worked as a product analyst at Bashian, Inc., and, completed subsequent law clerk stints at Gregory Ochalek, Esq., Roth, Rousso & Katsman, and Ferraro Law. From there, Gennady Litvin worked as manager at Debt Settlement 2 Day, LLC.

Gennady Litvin founded his own law firm with offices in Brooklyn, New York, in 2010, and served as its lead counsel until 2015, representing clients in cases involving personal injury, immigration, bankruptcy, and real estate. He has practiced with another law firm in Brooklyn since 2015, and continues to work in the aforementioned areas. In addition to client representation, he consults with real estate agents and brokers on commission disputes, short sale or foreclosure listings, and other relevant matters.

Complementing more than a decade of experience as an attorney, Gennady Litvin, Esq. has been selected to Rising Stars in all but one year since 2014. A member of the New York State Bar, he is admitted to practice in the bankruptcy courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as the US District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
