As a thermoplastics molding operator at the Scientific Molding Corporation, Gerald Fahl operates a range of molds to create high-quality medical products for the firm’s clients. Focused on safety, Gerald Fahl has also led co-workers on weekly safety walks through several factory areas to ensure that areas where department presses operate are safe.

Alongside the company, Mr. Fahl has almost three decades of experience in finance, having worked with WESTconsin Credit Union. With the firm, where he served as chief experience officer, he managed the marketing team and a budget of $1.8 million while also serving as a mentor to new hires.

In addition, Gerald Fahl led a range of customer-focused strategies that saw the company becoming a leader in its area for customer experience while also increasing its membership to over 70,000.

Before starting his career, he attended the University of Wisconsin Stout, which he graduated from magna cum laude with a bachelor of science in general business administration.
