A longtime resident of the greater Los Angeles area, Gerald Michael Shaw
holds a bachelor of science in finance and accounting from the University of Southern California. His career history includes four years as the elected president of the Orange County Board of Education. Since 2016, Gerald Michael Shaw has served as global compliance officer and board member of Dominion Bank & Trust Company Limited.
His duties with this New York City-based internationally-licensed bank include developing and overseeing a comprehensive regulatory compliance program and managing both the Dignity Development Fund and Outvst Accelerator Hedge Fund in Puerto Rico. Under Mr. Shaw’s leadership, the Dignity Development Fund has established and continues to develop a diverse investment portfolio that supports the Puerto Rican poverty alleviation initiatives of BMA Ministries International. His work with the Outvst Accelerator Hedge Fund involves facilitating EB-5 visa residencies for engineers and architects with the skills to complete humanitarian projects for planned communities in Puerto Rico.
