Gino Canori draws on two decades of real estate development experience as the executive vice president and chief development officer at Related California, a real estate development firm in San Francisco. Under Gino Canori's direction is a $3 billion development pipeline that he grew and which consists of 2,500 units in multifamily residential complexes, as well as 500,000 square feet of commercial-use space.

Mr. Canori also oversees a team of 15 professionals in design, marketing, and development. He and his team have completed numerous San Francisco projects, such as Fifteen Fifty at the corner of South Van Ness Avenue and Mission Street. This 1.2 million square-foot structure includes hundreds of luxury and affordable apartments and 460,000 square feet of office space. In 2019, Mr. Canori helped guide the development of The Avery on 450 Folsom. It has more than 100 luxury condominiums, 280 market-rate units, and 150 affordable apartments.

Among other accomplishments, Gino Canori worked as the project executive on the award-winning Ocean Avenue South. The mixed-use, mixed-income property in Santa Monica earned his firm a 2016 Urban Land Institute Global Award for Excellence.
