A longtime San Francisco Bay Area professional, Glenn Tobe emphasizes scalable strategies of innovation and change management with Heartbased Consulting. Known for his thought leadership, Glenn Tobe has lectured on accelerating business change at the Haas School of Business, University of California (UC) Berkeley.

Mr. Tobe’s executive experience includes a past role as CEO of Change Works, where he pioneered corporate transformation strategies that achieved client goals. He also directed client-facing change navigation strategies at Accenture, and was responsible for designing and implementing foundational business intelligence protocol.

Mr. Tobe has written extensively on human motivation and compensation, and undertaken research on motivation levers within the workplace. He has also provided athletes with mental training to facilitate peak performance, including US Olympic synchronized swimmers. Furthermore, he worked as a high school varsity baseball head coach and assistant baseball coach at UC Berkeley. Glenn Tobe also has a strong community presence, and has provided at-risk students with mentorship in the area of college application strategies.
