Gonchikar Raya is an experienced Atlanta, Georgia, business owner and real estate investor, as well as a stocks and bonds investor. He manages approximately $5 million in multifamily property and has personally developed neglected land and unmanaged facilities into property valued at more than $3 million. Before entering the Atlanta real estate market, Gonchikar Raya worked for San Francisco, California’s BECHTEL Corporation as a design engineer at the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant. He gained further engineering design experience at the Vogtle Nuclear Power Plant in Augusta and the South Texas Nuclear Plant.

Gonchikar Raya holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Bangalore University. Prior to coming to the United States, he spent eight years working as a civil engineer with India’s Karnataka State government. During his time in this position, he oversaw construction and design activities on a number of government projects. Gonchikar Raya also led town planning efforts, which included water supply maintenance and road construction, while developing his skills as a project coordinator.
