President of OP Development, Greg Opinski draws from four decades of construction and development work. Gaining his first experience with his father's construction company while still in high school, Greg Opinski went on to receive his associate of science in construction from the College of Sequoias Viasalia and subsequently earned a bachelor of science in industrial technology at Fresno State University.

After his father retired, Greg Opinski founded his own construction company. He began with smaller projects and guided the company's growth until it had sufficient resources to complete public work projects. The company focused largely on school construction and renovation, while also attending to police and fire station projects and hospital renovations.

Greg Opinski expanded his interests as the founder of OP Development and GT Engineering. In addition to his service as company president, he performs all estimations and oversees construction. He oversees several projects per year, each of which features a budget of six to eight figures.
