Greg Washenko most recently served as a chief financial officer for Cello Holdings, where he handled accounting and finance for a real estate developer and manager, SaaS software company and restaurant holdings. In his 11 years with the company, his notable accomplishments include increasing cash flow by 40% through the refinancing of two commercial loans and achieving market rates 18% higher than surrounding class A buildings while maintaining operating costs. Prior to this, Greg Washenko served as chief financial officer of Blue Ridge Networks, Inc. we he helped diversify the security hardware manufacture to an end point software security company.
Mr. Washenko’s past roles have included vice president of finance at NX Networks in Chantilly, Virginia, and director of AOL in Dulles. His achievements in the latter position, which involved oversight of $300 million in budgetary expenses and 800 employees, included a $20 million decrease in advertising expenses, which coincided with an 8 percent increase in ad revenue. Greg Washenko holds a bachelor of arts in accounting and finance from James Madison University.
