A graduate of the University of Missouri and Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, Gretchen Stockdale began her legal career as an associate attorney at the L.A. law firm of Hill, Farrer & Burrill, LLP. Serving six years in this position, Gretchen Stockdale represented clients in intellectual property matters in addition to defending companies involved in employment and labor cases.

In 2008, Ms. Stockdale began working at Pilgrim Media Group, of which the prominent entertainment company Lionsgate holds a majority share. Since 2013, she has held the title of general counsel and COO, supporting Pilgrim’s CEO in the development and implementation of the company’s general business strategy.

Over the course of her law career, Gretchen Stockdale has received numerous honors, including being named a "Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star” by Los Angeles Magazine for four consecutive years. Her favorite pastimes include baking, reading, and wine tasting. She is also passionate about animal rescue.
