Harco Construction’s recently completed projects include the ground-up build of a 6-story, 55,000-square-foot commercial high-rise at 529 Broadway. The unique design of this building, which features an ornate terracotta facade over an exposed structural steel moment frame, earned the building a New York Gold Award for Engineering Excellence from the American Council of Engineering Companies.

Harco is also responsible for the extensive 2018 renovation of seven mid-1800s warehouses along the DUMBO waterfront. The firm transformed these warehouses into 450,000 square feet of office space and a range of commercial shops.
