She has successfully grown her company year after year, despite significant challenges in the health care staffing industry. Always looking for unique opportunities, she signed a contract with the New York City Board of Education to provided one-on-one health care services to students with disabilities or behavioral issues.

Hazel Kudera has also worked for both LKH Consulting, Inc. and P&K of New York, Inc. In these positions, she designed and implemented carefully reasoned business plans designed to increase quality and efficiency to drive profits. She has an extensive background in accounting and finance, which has helped her guide the growth of her own company and offer excellent consulting advice to other businesses.

Prior to relocating to New York in 2000, Hazel Kudera lived in Cebu, Philippines. She studied accounts at the University of San Carlos there, and subsequently worked as an accountant for 6 years.
