Heath Harmon serves as an operator with a oil refinery company in Wyoming. Before taking this position in 2019, he attended Bismarck State College in Bismarck, North Dakota, where he received the National Energy Center of Excellence Student of the Year award in 2017 and ultimately graduated with his associate of science degree in process plant technology. Heath Harmon also attended Bismarck State in the late 1990s and early 2000s to secure an associate of science in pre-pharmacy.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Heath Harmon has worked for approximately two decades in construction and a decade in oil field exploration and production. While working on Rig 322 for Nomac Drilling, he earned a 2012 safety award for no lost time accidents. Rig 322 also garnered a “Rig of the Year” designation with his assistance. As a devout Born Again Believer, Mr. Harmon is guided by the teachings of Jesus Christ in all of his professional and personal activities.
