Heather Kulwin

A graduate of Indiana University and the University of Indianapolis, Heather Kulwin holds a bachelor of science in public affairs and a master of business administration. Beginning her career in the sales sector, she served tenures as a furniture sales associate with Crate and Barrel and an inside advertising sales manager with Angie’s List. While working for Crate and Barrel, she received recognition as “Associate of the Quarter.” Heather Kulwin subsequently found employment as an information technology leader with Bridgestone Firestone Diversified Products.

Employed by the city of Indianapolis for the past 12 years, Heather Kulwin has managed the permitting process for a range of commercial building projects as a municipal building code analyst. A certified permit technician, she holds four additional professional certifications in the fields of building inspection and plan review.

When she isn’t working, Ms. Kulwin is active with several local organizations, including the Junior League of Indianapolis and the Design Arts Society of the Indianapolis Museum of Art. She also enjoys reading, sailing, and paying tennis.
