Heather Hart Potts has over 25 years’ success in the senior living industry with extensive expertise in directing highly successful sales and marketing programs for new developments, repositioning for existing communities for Life Plan, rental and 55 plus active adult living communities. Heather has broad operational and business acumen through collaboration with senior management and small business ownership experience. She is adept at solving problems and connecting people with the right resources for favorable project outcomes. In addition to Heather’s senior industry experience, she is the co-owner and operator of two successful restaurants located in downtown Austin, Texas. She currently serves as a volunteer board member for two non-profits, AustinUp (Mayor’s task force on aging) and Capital City Village that addresses and serve the needs of Austin’s aging population.

Heather has her B.A. in Speech Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Texas State University.
