As a REALTOR® Helen engages intuition and diligence while creating a positive experience for both sides in any property transactions.

Originally from South Africa, Helen was raised on a farm in KwaZulu Natal where she spent her formative years in farming and conservation. This ultimately translated into ocean sailing bringing her to the shores of the Delmarva Peninsula where it is natural to find her home as a real estate professional on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay.

Helen does have a penchant for historical homes, having once lived in what was historically the British Girls boarding school during the Boer War! Here in Maryland and Delaware, she specializes in critical area buffers and variances, conservation easements, water ways and creeks of the Eastern Shore.

Helen is also the Executive Director of a Community Land Trust that stewards the preservation of land and homes for future generations.
