Maxian guides Pact Construction, Inc., as executive director and provides coordinated water and sewer line solutions spanning New Jersey and Pennsylvania. With 20 years of experience in the field, Henrik Maxian has established a preeminent reputation for his firm and guides all aspects of operations.

Henrik Maxian also serves as vice president of Sand Castle Winery and guides the financial, marketing, and sales aspects of the successful wine-producing operation. Established 45 years ago, the Erwinna, Pennsylvania-based winery pioneered a hybrid European and American viticulture approach suited to the Delaware Valley. Among the varieties produced on the property are riesling, chardonnay, cabernet, and pinot noir.

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Mr. Maxian double majored in business and civil engineering, and served as vice president of his fraternity chapter. He gained experience in the early 2000s with Southland Industries as project manager and engineer, and guided projects such as Cache Creek Resort and Ritz and Village at Northstar.
