Terrell M Sumpter is 26 years of age originally from Philadelphia born and raised where he spent most of his life. A kid who valued family more than anything. Growing up in the trenches of Philadelphia was a bit tough for Terrell with the loss of his mother when he was only 5 years old because of cancer. The trauma started to place and so much anger and emotion. He just did't knew what the future will hold for him and later became a very lost soul. In and out juvenile placement centers because of his behavior and decision making. There was really no hope and He later learned if he kept up the same act he would not make in life ,A focus for him was to take care of his family and do the best he can with what he had.
He experienced close people in his life pass away and fall victim to the streets. Through personal challenges he decided to turn around his life for the better and leave his hometown and love ones behind and finally step away from the nest. He says it's one of the best decisions he could ever make and helped become more of a changed man to later discover his true calling and purpose.


One thing Terrell is passionate about is helping and guiding at risk youth and teens through every life challenges with principles he had applied to life. He is a full time orator and mentor who spends time mentoring and coaching troubled youth, students, athletes and juveniles. He has taken the extra mile to help them not make the same mistakes which has also helped him his true authentic true self.

There is no greater thing you can do with your life and your work then follow your passion. In a way that serves the world and you.The feeling of helping others have took me places He thought he will never reach and people he thought he will never teach. It is a truly calling and in the words of Terrell it takes discipline, patience, persistence and like minded people. Our next generation are future leaders, educators, entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers and we must not judge or belittle but lead by example and provide them with the proper tools and leadership to help them succeed.

To see each of these individuals succeed in anything field or career they desire is priceless feel. No matter the environment or circumstances I am willing to rule up my sleeves and to do what it takes to work together and reach new heights we never been. A main focus is relationship building, health and expansion. Also, developing self development programs to bring forth positive change, transformation Into the communities and in the lives of at risk youth. I aspire to build more community pal centers to help these youth stay out of harms way and of course. I can adapt to the feel of being alone or abandoned and will help these youth pass the circumstances, limited beliefs, troubled mindset into better and effective leaders that will help others no matter what.
