A graduate of Israel's High-School system, Iftach Jacob studied chemistry and was a member of the national champion robotics team in 2007. That same year, Iftach Jacob and his robotics team traveled to Atlanta, where they competed in the International Roboner Robotics competition and finished in third place.

From 2007 to 2010, Iftach Jacob was a sergeant of operations for the Israel Defense Forces, in which he served as a commander of security headquarters and managed a five-soldier unit. Additionally, Mr. Jacob implemented a new surveillance system for the base and wrote and restructured its security operation manual.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Jacob is an active supporter of the Cardiac Health Foundation of Canada, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, and the UJA Run with Israel. In his free time, Iftach Jacob enjoys watching his favorite soccer teams and listening to musicians such as The Doors, Vini Vici, Kanye West, Bruno Mars, Pink Floyd, Nirvana, Metallica, Linkin Part and the Foo Fighters.
