Isaac gutman is the CEO and founder of Bronx based Ryer Reality Investments, a New York-based real estate firm with assets in primary and secondary markets across the east coast. Isaac launched Ryer over a decade ago, but his start in the real estate industry is rooted by such names as Stanley Chera and Ted Lerner, Isaac Gutman saw the advantages to a potential career in real estate investment and development.
