Born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida, Ivan Spinner relocated to Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina to be near his wife's family. He has established and invested in a number of businesses in the Biloxi area, his most recent venture being Gulf Coast Exotic Auto. Ivan Spinner is not only an investor with the company but also its owner, in which capacity he oversees the sale of high-end and collectible automobiles.

Ivan Spinner is also actively involved in the insurance space, having founded TSG Agency in Biloxi in 2010. Three years later, he sold an exclusive agreement to Health Insurance Innovations, which requested his continued involvement. The acquiring company also received access to TSG's suite of highly rated health and life insurance carriers as well as such products as dental and prescription insurance, travel insurance, and critical illness coverage.

Mr. Spinner also serves as partner in the Insurance Specialist Group, where he oversees distribution, development, and mergers and acquisitions. He entered the Real Estate industry having achieved success as owner of Spinner Real Estate, a residential and commercial property investment group. Through this company, he has acquired more than 50 properties.

In his free time, Ivan Spinner enjoys boating, basketball, car meets and sporting events. He also enjoys spending time with his family and is an active member of Our Lady of Fatima Church.
