A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Rochester Institute of Technology, Jack Hradesky has led a distinguished career as an engineer, entrepreneur, and financial executive for more than five decades. He began his career in 1960 after completing his industrial engineering degree. Over the next two decades, Jack Hradesky held a range of leadership positions with companies such as Xerox, Johnson & Johnson, and General Motors, including serving as an engineer, materials manager, and vice president of operations.
In 1980, Jack Hradesky joined quality control and management firm National Summit Group as CEO and president. Under his direction, the company helped clients receive honors such as the Toyota Most Improved Supplier Award, the Boeing Presidential Award, and the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Jack Hradesky transitioned into the financial planning sector in 2002 when he accepted leadership of Anxiety-Free Retirement Specialists in Playa Vista, California. In this position, he guided a financial planning firm that developed tailored, comprehensive retirement strategies that allowed clients to enjoy tax-free or tax-reduced retirement income. He draws upon this experience in his current position as CEO and president of Tax-Free Retirement Specialists in La Quinta, California, where he helps clients identify and implement tax-advantaged retirement strategies such as IRA conversions.
