As the owner of Diamond Condition Properties in East Meadow, New York, Jack Mortellaro Jr. invests in residential real estate and increases its value through a range of targeted construction projects before ultimately selling it for a profit. His responsibilities with Diamond Condition extend to all aspects of the repair and renovation process. Jack Mortellaro Jr. has headed this Long Island-based company for more than five years.

Jack Mortellaro is also a union film/television technician who has held active membership in New York City’s Local 52 Motion Picture Studio Mechanics since 1999. His entertainment industry work includes an assistant property master credit on The Family Man, multiple set dresser credits on The Sopranos, and a special effects technician credit on The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Mr. Mortellaro has also served as set decoration leadman on major films that include the Oscar-nominated projects Can You Ever Forgive Me? and The Big Sick.
