The executive director of Israel on Campus Coalition (ICC), Jacob Baime has close to two decades’ experience as a youth advocate and campus organizer. At ICC, he works with dedicated pro-Israel campus grassroots organizations, providing strategic support to strengthen their programs and outreach initiatives. It was while serving at ICC that Jacob Baime was awarded the JPRO Network Young Professionals award for an outstanding career as a pro-Israel public affairs professional.
Before ICC, Jacob Baime served as a national field director with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), managing the organization’s national training programs for college and high school students and delivering talks at campus workshops and conferences nationwide to garner support for AIPAC and stronger US-Israel ties. Mr. Baime also coordinated logistics at conferences attended by more than 1,500 participants, coached and mentored campus activists, and partnered with organizations such as Hillel, AEPi, and Chabad to establish recruitment pipelines for pro-Israel activists.
At the beginning of his career, Jacob Baime was a youth advocate for Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. He conducted youth advocacy training workshops in seven states and lobbied for U.S. Senate support for FDA regulation of tobacco products.
