He has guided substantial upgrades of eldercare homes that included major renovations as well as the construction of new wings. Compliance focused, he has set in place operational practices that take into consideration the current market and demographic trends.

Beyond his business activities, Mr. Graff has a commitment to giving back to the community through philanthropic efforts. He has a passion for travel and particularly enjoys destinations where he can pursue marine activities such as scuba diving.
