Working to devise comprehensive 'Rural-Agricultural Strategy or RAS' and promoting it under 'The pro-GRAM MOVEMENT' in various parts of India since 1999. Working as voluntary President of a RAS think-tank named 'The Federation of Indian Chamber of Agriculture, Trade & Services' (FICATS) since 2011, has also sharpened my insights inot the problems faced by 'informal and unorganised' economy of rural India, in the wake of 'market economy reforms' introduced in India since 1991. Rural-Agricultural Strategy under The pro-GRAM MOVEMENT has its main thrust on establishing 'Cluster of Villages', one at least in each district of the country and through this one cluster in one district approach, The pro-GRAM MOVEMENT has become a platform to create ready-to-implement 'RAS' for each district of India with the help of relevant players which FICATS tries to search and match for the specific needs of a particular district through working with its Local Self Government agencies.
