With over 40 years of insurance business experience, James “Jim” Javaras is the founder and president of The BHR Life Companies. James Javaras offers employee and executive benefits services, as well as estate and business planning services. Jim has built a distinctive legacy by qualifying himself as a financial representative for President Council for over 25 years.

James Javaras is also an active member of the community and has made several donations, including to The Theatre District Campaign, which aimed to raise $10 million for the cultural growth of downtown Worchester.

Also, Jim serves as a trustee emeritus and business partner of the Worcester Art Museum (WAM). The museum was founded in 1896 and has been sponsored by companies such as The BHR Life Companies. On May 4, 2019, Mr. Javaras co-chaired the Worcester Art Museum Gala Fundraiser. The WAM offers this event every year, and provides thousands of people with activities, educational programs, and exhibitions.
