An accomplished e-gamer and influencer, James Paul Baratta oversees social media management, brand strategy, partnerships, and influencer relations in his role as chief executive officer of FT Empire LLC. He founded the firm in 2017 and currently manages a roster of 20 content creators, including 360 representation services. James Paul Baratta is also the co-founder of ICEBRKRSCLAN, a social gaming organization with more than 180,000 subscribers.

Mr. Baratta serves on the board of the North American Collegiate League, a nonprofit organization he co-founded in 2019 to provide scholarship opportunities for college gamers. A cum laude graduate of the University of Southern California (USC), Mr. Baratta holds a bachelor of arts in international relations. During his time at USC, he served as the social chair, judicial board president, and membership director of Zeta Beta Tau fraternity, as well as vice president of the pre-law society. He earned a law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
