James R. Partridge of Wasilla, Alaska, is an experienced pilot who began working at Northwest Airlines in 1965. The Alaska resident spent more than three decades in this capacity, serving as captain of aircraft such as the B-747, B-727, and L-188, the latter of which was developed for short to medium domestic flights and is now primarily used by freight operators. In addition, James R. Partridge transported troops during the Persian Gulf War 1990-91 as a member of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet.
Since concluding his career as a pilot, Mr. Partridge has focused on land development and property management. He leverages his education in architecture to design, build, and remodel homes, and also manages multiple rental properties. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys traveling the "lower 48" in his motorhome, as well as collecting vintage automobiles. He is also interested in studying nutrition and its role in promoting overall wellness and longevity.
