Living in Boca Raton, Florida, James Durkin has been refining and growing his skills for nearly a decade, developing skills and expertise knowledge in both the real estate and business arenas.

James got started in real estate the way many people first experience the real estate process: through purchasing a home. When the homebuying process wrapped up, James felt himself wanting for a better customer service experience and more transparency throughout the entire thing. He founded Property Source Investments in 2011 to help fill that need and provide a more comprehensive customer experience within the world of real estate investment.

In 2013, James decided to build upon a different passion of his and start to develop himself as an entrepreneur. He founded Durkar Enterprises, LLC, through which he works to build businesses and healthcare practices from the ground up by helping them identify a need, build a brand that caters to that need, and then develop and grow the business. For James, the most exciting part about working in business is the ability to locate and identify that white space and then build a business that will meet that need. From there, he enjoys the fine-tuning aspects of the career, from helping create a plan to hand-selecting who will join the team to run the business.
