James is an experienced marketing leader with 29 years in advertising and marketing and a proven track record in the real estate, mortgage and financial services space.

Prior to joining Geneva Financial as its CMO he served as a Marketing and Brand Director at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. Previously, Polinori served as SVP for a national consulting firm, President of Sales/Marketing for an international physician specialty equipment company and headed marketing departments for multiple Fortune-rated companies.

James has been active in developing and nurturing emerging companies working as both a mentor and strategic advisor for professionals with an emphasis in the real estate and mortgage sectors for over a decade.
