I worked in the BPO industry for 4 years and provided services that are specific to my client's needs through phone, emails, and chat. It is my passion to provide genuine help to my customers and that I make sure that I resolve all their concerns in the first contact. I have dealt with different types of people and I can handle different types of situations. I am a fast learner and I can do my duties with very minimal supervision. I am the type of person who wants to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
