An Illinois real estate professional, Jasmina Maksovic emphasizes a commitment to clear communication and outstanding customer service. In her most recent position with MARC Realty, Jasmina Maksovic managed several commercial properties, negotiating leases and communicating with vendors. Acquiring new skills and adapting to different technology, she also utilized a specialized construction estimate software to track property costs and purchase orders.

Prior to joining MARC Realty, Jasmina spent several years as a property manager with Chicago Condo Management and Maintenance. In her role with the commercial real estate firm, her responsibilities included client relation issues such as monthly association rates and financial agreements, as well as coordination with financial institutions and condominium owners on scheduling issues. She also worked as a property manager with Chicago-based Wellington Mortgage Corporation and Realty Group.

Jasmina recently returned to school to pursue a master of social work, aspiring to leverage the interpersonal skills she gained through real estate to help people in a different way.
