Based in Florida, Jeannine Duchateau is an accomplished continuous improvement leader who manages client-specific projects in a number of areas. Serving Lloyd’s Register as senior QEHS customer leader and lead auditor, Jeannine Duchateau focuses on creating new collaborative pathways for process development and project management that involve a full range of stakeholders. She also guides an audit team that ensures that global standards are met and consistent customer satisfaction attained.
Previously serving as a Senior Manager of certification with UL/DQS in Illinois, Ms. Duchateau was responsible for ensuring that ISO standards were met. She also managed client success initiatives and was able to boost service satisfaction while closing major contracts. As technical certification director, she guided business expansion strategies and enabled the company to achieve standards for SEP accreditation.
For 15 years, Ms. Duchateau served as global key customer manager with Det Norske Veritas and oversaw the firm’s customer service management capacities. She managed a network of large mines spanning 250 locations worldwide and honed skills in areas such as technical review and engineering cost calculations. Tasked with establishing lasting client relationships, Jeannine Duchateau developed diagnostic reliability solutions and deployed a full range of asset remediation services.
