For nearly 10 years, construction professional Jeff Lambert has served as chief executive officer of Ocean Bluff Development, LLC, in Marshfield, Massachusetts. In this position, he oversees all aspects of contracting, including the supervision of subcontractors, purchasing, and accounts payable and receivable. Since joining the company, Marshfield resident Jeff Lambert has worked on projects such as a development with Caneel Bay Properties in the American Virgin Islands doing extensive Hurricane whole building restorations from two Category 5 Hurricanes in 2017. Mr. Lambert studied construction management at Wentworth Institute of Technology while taking night classes at Northeastern University. Earlier in his career, he served as an estimator with Charlesgate Construction Co., where he was superintendent and project manager of various projects, and as a senior estimator and project manager for Crown Construction Co. To stay current on trends and topics in the construction industry, he maintains membership in the Associated Builders and Contractors. Outside of work, Mr. Lambert enjoys reading and exercising.
