Certified in nuclear and diagnostic radiology, Dr. Jeff Lovin practices both diagnostic and interventional radiology, and he offers other professional medical services, including angioplasty. Having performed many MRI guided breast biopsies, he has expertise in diagnosing patients by providing body and chest related biopsies and has broad experience in the area of cerebral thrombolysis. Dr. Lovin employs computerized tomography and magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosing and treating patients with various medical issues. Cognizant of the various procedures involved in angioplasty, he has successfully treated many patients with circulatory system conditions.
In 1988, Dr. Jeff Lovin completed his training as a radiology resident at the University of Michigan. Later, he earned a certificate in diagnostic radiology from the American Board of Radiology. He is also a co-author of a number of medical articles, including “Fatigue of immature baboon cortical bone,” where monotonic tensile tests were performed on bone specimens obtained from baboons.
