Jeffrey A. Jacoby, MD, serves as a spine surgeon at The Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin. He comes to this role with more than a decade of experience in his specialty, having completed his fellowship at the Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic in Lone Tree, Colorado, in 2006. Jeffrey A. Jacoby, MD, then relocated to Manitowic, Wisconsin, where he practiced through Lakeshore Orthopaedics at Holy Family Memorial Hospital.
In 2012, Dr. Jacoby began taking on additional patients as a spine surgeon with Prevea Orthopedics. He performed surgery on these patients at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan for five years, the first two of which he served concurrently with his work through Lakeshore. He left Prevea in 2017 to accept his current position.
Jeffrey A. Jacoby, MD, earned his professional degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He completed his categorical surgical internship with the U.S. Army Medical Corps and served the army as a physician for four years thereafter. He went on to complete an orthopaedic surgery residency with Summa Health System before advancing to his fellowship.
