Jeffrey Bewley, PhD, is a support manager at Fond du Lac, Wisconsin-based BoviSync, an organization that provides dairy and beef operators of various sizes with an array of effective software management services. In his position as support manager, Jeffrey Bewley is responsible for numerous employee training and quality of service initiatives, as well as the management and implementation of the customer service software Zoho Desk. A few of his additional responsibilities include recruiting and hiring new support staff, administering performance reviews, conducting in-depth services analysis, and overseeing phases of product development. In addition to his work with BoviSync, he functions as a consultant at CowFocused Housing in Bardstown, Kentucky.
