A basketball coach with more than a decade of experience as a player at the collegiate and professional level, Jermaine “Dolla” Beal supports the University of Pittsburgh men’s basketball program as a mentor, where he carefully examines game footage to pinpoint player tendencies and improve strategy. Jermaine “Dolla” Beal also is responsible for maintaining the team’s positive mental outlook.

Following a successful four years as shooting and point guard with Vanderbilt University’s basketball team, Jermaine Beal gained extensive international professional basketball experience. He played for Ironi Nes Ziona in 2017, the year the team became Israeli National League champion. In 2016, he played for both the Brisbane Bullets and the Telenet Oostende.

His professional career permitted him to travel around the world, competing before audiences in places as diverse as Belgium and Saudi Arabia. He also had the opportunity to play games in several major Chinese cities as a college athlete.
