Jessica Rieper brings nearly two decades of experience to her role as a project manager II with Co-op Financial Services in Clive, Iowa. In this role, she leads complex conversion projects for bank data, credit cards, and phone apps. Prior to joining Co-op Financial Services, she held similar contract positions with organizations, such as Global Atlantic Financial Group and Q2 EBanking. While in these positions, Jessica Rieper has become familiar with a range of project management strategies, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Earlier in her career, Mr. Rieper gained customer service and administrative skills while working in positions with organizations such as Wells Fargo, Bloomin’ Brands, and D’Ancona & Pflaum Law Associates. She also has extensive training, teaching, and human resources experience, having served as a former HR director At Northern Illinois University and as a teacher in the Des Moines public school district.

Ms. Rieper holds degrees in audiology and speech language pathology from Northern Illinois University, and in business administration and education from the University of Phoenix. Outside of her project management career, Ms. Rieper is a dedicated autism mom who maintains Isaac’s World, a Facebook page dedicated to autism and parenting. She also enjoys food culture and keeps a Facebook blog Central Iowa Foodie.
