Before beginning her career as a certified public accountant (CPA), Jessica Zamarron attended Carnegie Vanguard High School in Houston. A high-achieving student, she made the school’s honor roll in every semester and took part in advanced placement courses. Jessica Zamarron subsequently attended the University of Phoenix, where she went on to graduate with a bachelor of science in accounting.

Jessica Zamarron soon after accepted responsibilities as a corporate accountant with Lan Oxford. Working from the company’s Dallas office since 2009, she has drawn on her accounting degree to prepare and analyze financial statements, process purchase orders, monitor the financial performance of properties, and attend to a variety of other accounting responsibilities. Successful in her position, she has introduced programs and systems that have cut costs and improved efficiency.

In recognition of her early-career achievements, Jessica Zamarron garnered the Young Professional of the Year honor in 2010. A member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Institute of CPAs, she has since added to her professional reputation by becoming a three-time winner of the Accountant of the Year award.
