As the owner of MichaelAnne Commercial Real Estate Services, Jim Alabach builds upon over 30 years of experience in the real estate market of Columbia, Missouri. His latest property development/redevelopment projects include a multifamily apartment building and a mixed-use retail/multi-family residential complex. In addition to spearheading investment activities through MichaelAnne, Jim Alabach assists real estate attorneys with specific casework and acts as an expert witness in the courtroom.

From 1988 to 2013, Mr. Alabach served as a senior executive in the commercial retail real estate sector. His work centered on leading a team in leasing commercial space within shopping centers and negotiating lease agreements with major companies that ranged from Dick’s Sporting Goods to Krispy Kreme Donuts. He remains an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Outside the professional environment, Jim Alabach enjoys taking photographs, riding his mountain bike, playing golf, and going fly fishing. He is also an amateur musician who plays the mandolin.
