As an experienced investment and development entrepreneur and business leader, Jimmy Winemiller has overseen a number of significant agricultural land transactions, including the acquisition of nearly 2,300 acres of fertile irrigated farmland in Martin County, Florida, through Brevard Harbor Edge, LLC. His work through Fontaine Property Group, meanwhile, has included a number of condominium real estate transactions. One Fontaine Property Group project involved the construction of a nine-story building valued at $17 million which required 18 months to complete. Jimmy Winemiller has also worked with Thoroughbred horses, including ownership of the Iron Horse Farm in Perryville, Arkansas, between 1997 and 2012, a tenure that included extensive renovations of fencing and roads.

Over the course of his professional and personal investing career, Mr. Winemiller has owned property in Louisiana, Texas, California, and Tennessee, to name only a few of the states in which he has made investments. Beyond his property transactions and his involvement with Thoroughbred horses, he enjoys listening to music and traveling to evaluate potential farmland investments.
