Joan Goldberg is a New York City-based real estate professional who has spent close to 15 years working in the industry. Since 2006, Joan has served as a licensed associate real estate broker with Brown Harris Stevens, during which time she has received a variety of awards for her work, most notably in the Brooklyn townhouse market.

During this time, Ms. Goldberg has routinely outsold many of the other brokers in the industry, and was awarded the the BHS award for "Most Townhouses Sold" in 2011, 2015, and 2018. In addition, she was noted for selling the highest-priced Brooklyn townhouse for Brown Harris Stevens on several occasions, and was recognized for doing so in 2012, 2015, and 2018.

While many of her accolades were focused on Ms. Goldberg’s work in Brooklyn, she has also received recognition for her sales across both Brooklyn and Manhattan, and as a result has been named the Brown Harris Stevens Broker of the Year for the TriBeCa office in 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2018. She has also also been acknowledged as one of the top 25 Brown Harris Stevens brokers of the year on several occasions.
